The workshop will cover the basics of zine-making and three simple book-binding techniques. Participants will also have time to begin filling the pages of their zines and making copies.

Join local artists Laura and Patrick in the MakerSpace to explore your creative side. Make a zine, doodle some cartoons, press some buttons and so much more!
Laura Watson is an artist and writer living in Sackville, NB/ Mi’kma’ki. She acquired her BFA from Mount Allison University in 2015 and is currently Tantramar’s poet laureate. She makes zines, prints, and textile works that combine drawing and poetry.
