Our second cross-border U.S. & Canada mini-conference was a huge success. Thank you to all who attended and a special thank you to ILCA for having us.
On the first night, we met at the offices of the Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union (RWDSU) for a night of networking and solidarity sharing.
The following day was filled with four informative workshops covering various topics including paid digital media, strike preparedness, advocacy coalition building, and enhancing union websites.
To wrap up the event, we hosted a social for everyone to come together.
Following the mini-conference, delegates were invited to join CALM and the RWDSU march in the United State’s oldest and largest Labor Day Parade!
