Both within our union locals and across our communities, we are seeing a surge in people and organizations ready to show up and work together, but far too often, it feels like re-inventing the wheel. This workshop will look at internal and external communications strategies and tactics on how we build coalitions within our communities, and retain those resources and relationships moving forward. Everything from multi-generational approaches to feedback processes and platforms, various approaches to shared outreach to the ways we transition our relationships and resources to the next generation!
